These SMS Terms govern an optional Global Horizon Consulting program for recurring business-operations and finance-related educational marketing texts. The email field-notes subscription is a separate choice and does not require joining the text program.
Joining Is a Separate Choice
Participation is limited to people age 18 or older with a supported US mobile number. By checking the SMS box and submitting the form, you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts about business clarity, operating systems, scale readiness, and related educational programs. Automated technology may be used. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of the email subscription.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Global Horizon Consulting does not set carrier charges.
Commands and Alternative Support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After a STOP request, a confirmation may be sent and no further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You may also request help or cancellation at support@visionexconsulting.com; alternative requests may require a reasonable processing period.
Your Number and Message Delivery
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to enroll it. Notify us before relinquishing or transferring that number. The program depends on carrier and device availability and may not work on every network or device. Carriers are not responsible for program content. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
A Deliberate Privacy Boundary
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. Program Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate the program, its content, or these SMS Terms. An updated date will appear here, and material changes will be communicated as required. We may remove a participant for misuse, suspected fraud, an unsupported number, or legal or operational reasons. Terms concerning accrued rights, privacy, and dispute handling survive as appropriate.
Texas Terms
Texas law governs these SMS Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The dispute process, liability limits, severability provisions, and other website terms in the Terms & Conditions also apply to the program to the extent consistent with these SMS Terms.
